How to wash pillows of different materials in summer?

Pillows are the most likely to harbor bacteria in the summer. Adults shed about 100 grams of sweat each night when they sleep, and most of this sweat gets inside the pillow and builds nests for dust mites. The dandruff becomes a food source for dust mites, and drying makes dust more likely to produce dust mites.

How exactly do you reduce dust mites? The following two points can be controlled:

• If the temperature is higher than 35℃ or lower than 0℃ for 24 hours, it will die, and if the humidity is lower than 50% or higher than 85%, it cannot reproduce.

Polyester/Down alternative pillow

Hand wash with lukewarm water, neutral detergent, machine wash, machine wash had better add a towel to wash together, in order to balance water flow;
